What the Tech?! - Week 14

Have you ever come across an app that you were really excited about, but it cost money that you don't really want to spend on an app?  I don't typically buy apps for personal use especially if it's more than about $1.99.  When I find an app that I am interested in, I add it to my wishlist on Appshopper.  This cool little site not only lets you create a wishlist, but you can also browse "Top Charts" and see what other people are enjoying!  So what's the point of the wishlist you might ask?  You can set up your wishlist to send you an email whenever the price changes for the app!  So periodically, app developers will lower the price for an app.  Appshopper will email you if that happens and then you can snag it!  There's nothing more exciting (ok...maybe there are a FEW things more exciting) than all of a sudden getting an email that an app you thought was cool just dropped to FREE!  I often add apps and then forget about them.  So it's kind of like Christmas when you get that magical email from AppShopper!
